I am increasingly convinced that Christianity is among the most intellectually viable world views available. This message needs to reach and penetrate American culture. Christianity is not a dumb man’s religion. On the flip side, you don’t have to be a philosopher to engage in rational discussion. It doesn’t take a degree in Astrophysics or Systematic Theology to engage with Christianity intellectually. All it takes is an open mind and willing heart. Any Christian, no matter the stage of spiritual development, can learn to give a defense of the hope that is within them (1 Peter 3:15). This is the heart of Capturing Christianity. I want to empower Christians with the knowledge that the intellectual side of Christianity isn’t scary.

“Any Christian, no matter the stage of spiritual development, can learn to give a defense of the hope that is within them.”

Maintaining a full-time job as a photographer means that Capturing Christianity receives only a small portion of my time. With your financial support, I can focus more of my efforts toward writing, blogging, shooting interviews with professional philosophers, scheduling more discussions between theists and atheists, and spreading the Gospel. More time focused on Capturing Christianity means strengthening and furthering the Kingdom of God.

Another great way to support the ministry is to purchase prints of the images featured in blog posts. I make no apologies of the fact that my profession is photography. Every image you see on this website bears my copyright. To purchase high-quality prints, shoot me an email at capturingchristianity@gmail.com.
