John Nelson is a PhD Candidate in New Testament and Christian Origins at the University of Edinburgh, where he tutors in philosophy of religion. He holds a Masters in Theology from Magdalen College, Oxford. His current research focuses on ancient biography and the Gospels' depiction of Christ's physical appearance. When he is not writing his thesis, he enjoys reading C.S. Lewis with a strong coffee close at hand.
